I’ve been listening to The Horrors, I checked out their new single (and music video) off their second album and… it didn’t grab me. The Horrors were a slow burner for me, I wrote them off as yet another awful NME hype band (See: The View and The Gossip) initially but I grew to like them. They have just enough of that dark surf retro thing so I can listen to them more often than I would say, the Groovy Ghoulies. Odd comparison, but you know how it is.
